Rare vintage Caché black long sleeve top featuring a fitted ribbed stretch knit covered with intricate tonal embellishments.

Designed with an ornate sheer lace appliqué featuring black sequins, beads and embroidered detailing. One side features a dramatic elongated embellished panel extending down the bodice, while the opposite side has a deep scoop neckline framed in matching black lace and embellishment.

The long sleeves are finished with matching sheer lace appliqué cuffs covered in tonal black sequins and beaded details.

One of the best features is its versatility — the construction allows the top to be styled either way, wearing the heavily embellished panel in the front or reversing it for a dramatic low neckline in front and embellished statement back.

Caché label has been removed, but the piece is identified as Caché from matching pieces from the same collection/source.
